"King's Knight" AKA "King" - (2003) Standardbred Gelding. King is the newest addition to our herd, having been donated to us on the 4th of July, 2025 by Rockland County Sherrif's Department in conjunction with the Standardbred Retirement Foundation. From the moment he stepped into our herd, King’s kind heart made itself known. Curious and patient, he has an extraordinary way of connecting with everyone he meets- no matter who they are! Despite being new to therapeutic horsemanship, King has readily embraced his role with remarkable grace, as if he always knew this was where he was meant to be. Every day, he reminds us that healing goes both ways.
